gregorb, Hey There. Are you a morning person? I am not and I never have been. I am always worse in the mornings with everything...I've posted all my symptoms before. I try not to even plan doctor appointments in the early morning unless I have to.

I too have Long Covid and I start feeling better around 6 p.m. My energy level picks up some then. I never made a connection to this and LC until your post just now. This makes perfect sense from your post, but, what is driving this so much in the morning until 6 p.m. is the question?

My Cortisol level is low along with my ACTH plasma. I'm getting ready to have an ACTH Plasma testing done to check my adrenal gland function. Have you had your Cortisol levels checked as this can make you extremely tired if they are low? Also, have you had your B12 checked? Vitamin D3? Iron? All of these are components that promote fatigue.

Praying for you to have more energy and feel better. Blessings to you & yours.

Greetings covid stinks 2023.
Yes. I am a morning person. But my main symptom now is light nausea from around 10am or after naps until after lunch. Fatigue and lightheadedness are good for now,but know they will most likely return with my stress (the key) triggers. Also dealing with some apparently common covid neuropathy in feet. This whole ordeal can be so confusing. Almost like my day is split in two on many days. Grateful for being mostly functional and decent days. Many here have none. So sad. No one deserves this. Precovid tests were good. I will have the tests again if CFS returns. Thanks so much for your reply and valuable information. Best wishes and good luck to you.
