Good morning, thanks for the note. My pulmonary Sleep Doctor told me the same thing to use smaller dosage. I have been doing that and recently, 10 days ago, received my CPAP. While using the melatonin 1.5 mg extended release and the CPAP I’ve been sleeping a couple of hours with no other medication. Feels like a positive step forward to get to the point of stopping medications to sleep sometime in the near future. My priority right now is to get use to the CPAP masks and use it every day. I am glad people are sharing what they are doing. Covid is new enough and affects people so differently that we need to stay in the experimental mode to find out what works for us. I’m thankful for the doctors that are leading me down a productive path to recovery. Wishing everyone a path to peaceful sleep. 🙏
