Sorry, but you don't know that. You know that, after following the "plant based diet" for an unspecified period of time, your IgG k went down. Things like IgG k fluctuate normally. You can't assume a causal relationship.

In other words, post hoc ergo propter hoc is a logical fallacy. The jury is still out on the effectiveness of turmeric and a vegetarian diet.

So true. And I love the Latin phrase, I’m going to save it and use it in future. Because of my anemia/iron deficiency, I don’t eat vegetarian. But I have added occasional tumeric supplement because I have read positive benefits for MGUS. I know the studies aren’t conclusive but they are suggestive. It probably boils down to good nutrition helps a strong immune system which may help slow, but doesn’t cure progression. We can hope, and we know there is a strong connection with body and mind.
