Thank you, abob. Pulse Field Ablation was my choice to do. However, 2 different electrophysiologists told me that my success rate would be less than 60% due to other issues. Several people on this site have had multiple ablations, and I am anxious about ONE and would prefer not to have several!
Because I have tried almost all the antiarrhythmics and nothing worked - and I already have a pacemaker (had to have one after amiodarone put my heart rate in the 30's and I passed out), my EP thinks the AV Node Ablation is the best option for me. I would love to hear from someone who had the AV Node Ablation and hear about their experience. I know it leaves the atrium in chronic AFib, but the heart rate will be normal because it is controlled. Thanks!

I think possibly September is when they are going to do the Pulse Field Ablation. I will certainly update as I hope this works and lasts a long time.
