I would not let tender or swollen lymph nodes go by without evaluation by doctor. I have MGUS but also prior to that had 1 swollen lymph node that wasn’t hurting or bothering me. Had that lymph node checked and turned out I had Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. No symptoms nothing unusual with blood work. Get it checked better safe then sorry. Good luck
