Hey everybody it’s me again, I’m just giving you all an update with my issues and what’s helped me and wanted to share my experience with you all but in a more personal way. I made a YouTube channel that could help us all and wish there was more videos that could bring some insight to us all. I wanted to helped me and I figured what the hell—I’m going to post this story as I go with all the updates and how it’s effecting me and my life in real time, there’s is links in the description of all the videos that I’ve watched that have helped educate me with all of the different type of breathing exercises. I’ve used that have worked and not worked. i’m going to try to make videos as much as I can on the same channel with all of the updates doctor’s appointments imaging and how it’s affecting my life in hopes that someone out there can see what’s happening to me or all of us, I encourage you all to maybe do the same thing because you never know who might see this including doctors or anybody around the world that can help.
The channel is called mysterious breathing problem on YouTube. Please check it out and subscribe and follow along with my story. I’m a single parent that has been struggling with this for about a year now and just want this nightmare to end. It has gotten better but I have days that are miserable. I hope you all subscribe and even maybe make a channel of your own so that we can beat this together. Thank you all for your love and support. I’ll leave the link below.

Hi mate! Interesting videos, just thought I’d say that the second exercise you’ve said about putting your knees up and laying flat has helped me in the past and I’m still doing it to this day, I lie on the sofa with my legs over the edge of the armrest and it’s the only thing that I’ve felt has slightly helped my air hunger

I have had breathing problems for nearly 2 1/2 years now and have got no better since. I wouldn’t even say I’m out of breath. I just feel more. I’m always looking for a breath. My body has the constant urge of needing to yawn and it’s very very rare. I can fulfil that it makes me panicky very anxious and obviously has a massive impact on life!

I’m going to give the first exercise a go!
