Hi mate! Interesting videos, just thought I’d say that the second exercise you’ve said about putting your knees up and laying flat has helped me in the past and I’m still doing it to this day, I lie on the sofa with my legs over the edge of the armrest and it’s the only thing that I’ve felt has slightly helped my air hunger
I have had breathing problems for nearly 2 1/2 years now and have got no better since. I wouldn’t even say I’m out of breath. I just feel more. I’m always looking for a breath. My body has the constant urge of needing to yawn and it’s very very rare. I can fulfil that it makes me panicky very anxious and obviously has a massive impact on life!
I’m going to give the first exercise a go!
