I'm sorry to hear that it looks like the glioma is growing again. I know you'd like to know how much time you have left with your dear husband. Unfortunately, fellow patients and caregivers here on this forum cannot answer that question. Your husband's doctors may be able to provide an idea of how the disease may progress. Of course you are worried. It can help to calm the worry by focusing on the now and planning for the things you can control.
Has your husband's team suggested what the next steps or treatment options might be? Have you talked to them about the behaviors you're noticing in your husband?

My husband had resection July 2024. Followed up with radiation and chemo (TMZ). Using the Optune device from Novacare. Fast forward to Feb 2026. Tumor coming back in previous location, and also mid-line. Tumor board declined to do further surgery. Infusion chemo every 3 weeks, along with an oral chemo every 6 weeks. He can’t drive-lost peripheral vision on left side 12/2025, also has numbness in left hand and foot. Needs help to dress himself, which makes him angry. Definite personality change. Neuro-onocolgist says I need to start thinking about hospice. Unsure how much more chemo ahead, will depend on how next MRI looks. Only God knows how much time he has left.
