Today is 22 days in the hospital and I am wearing the patch and I really don't have the cravings too smoke. After I get released to go home I'm gonna continue with the patch because it has helped me through these days. I want to put smoking behind me

I send you hope and health . Hang on !! You are doing it !! I inspired myself by trying to get rid of the cigarette smell . I washed my clothes , my ashtrays, washed myself and anything that had to do with it . One day you might try to do a bit of time without the patch. Wait tho until you are strong and brave!!!
