Did anyone have high levels of these before diagnosis?

My Amylase is 113,000. Normal range 30-100. No one seems concerned. Lipase is normal range.

I'm wondering what symptoms you may have, if any. Are you having any pain, difficulties eating, or losing weight?
No symptoms. It’s hard to consider having a total Pancreatectomy when feeling well
