Hello:
I also have MGUS but if I noticed something like swollen lymph nodes, I would let my doctor know asap.

I guess I should have clarified my concern. I was just asking if anyone has experienced the same. I have seen two oncologists who have “blown off” my concern based on low Mspike and light chain ratios. They both told me to see a rheumatologist? That doesn’t make sense to me.
