Thank you for the note and it is so true. Try to sleep and you can’t, sleep comes at you when you need it and it just happens. I like the way you put it. I just received a CPAP and have started therapy for sleep with it. It is taking some time to get used to wearing a mask and trusting the machine to ramp up pressure when needed. I’ve found it to be very good and anxiety around using the mask and equipment did gone. I just experienced four hours of sleep with the mask on and it is refreshing not to get woken up by gasping for air. I will stick with it and hopefully kick the sleep aid medications to the side. One variable change at a time and so far all steps have been positive albeit slow to achieve. I wish everyone out there peaceful sleep. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. 😊

Hi @jeffrey57. So glad things are working out with cpap. Mine is truly a lifesaver. Im doing my usual wide awake about 3am after covid. For me activity plays a role such as too long on my feet or calls I have to take which I can only say my body just revolts and the symptoms and histamine release increase to jar me awake🙃. I have learned to cope with this and just continue wearing cpap while watching music videos to happily quiet my brain and body while getting the oxygen my cells need until fall back to sleep. Hope this helps you in your adjustment and quickest healing to you🌈
