I did find this from Sloan Ketterling. I'm not sure all the MGUS experts agree that a plant-based diet will slow down or stop progression..

I have been following this diet. It is low sugar. High nutrients. My IgG kappa lowered .2 when it’s gone up every year. Exercise also helps. Instead of eating at night drink water and pat your belly and say I will be healthier with only eating healthy food. It helps. And try not to eat out!!
