Problems with Trimix?
My Prostate was removed several years ago. I have used Trimix to help with erections. Last week I injected and everything worked fine. However I developed a lump at the injection site. It has been over one week and while the lump has gotten smaller it persists. Should I be concerned? This has never happened before and I have been using Trimix for awhile.

You should contact your urologist right away. Could be an allergic reaction or some other problem. Maybe you can get along with a Bimix (only two ingredients) and not have problems.

Lumps can appear if you are always injecting in the same spot. But if it doesn't go away in a reasonable period of time I’d seek medical attention.

You likely got a small hematoma (bleeding under the skin) from rupturing a small blood vessel. As long as it is getting smaller it should go away within a few weeks at most.
It is important to vary the injection sites from side to side (avoiding the head of the penis) at the 3 to 9 o'clock positions. The reason not to inject directly on top or bottom of the penis is because the urethra and blood vessel are located there.
Listen to retired doc. I have had it happen a few times over the years of using injectable ED serums. I know exactly when it happens that it will be a painful erection but it will ease in pain and a few days the hematoma will be gone. Mine is always because of my rush to get the injection. I've found that injecting the solution slowly will also help prevent this from happening.
Hard to diagnose over the internet , but id get a doctor to look at it . Chances are its not serious but it could be a slight blood clot too , or infection, etc ! Best to be safe. Have your ever tried Trimix Gel ? Effective as well! God Bless . James on Vancouver Island .
James, I've never tried the Trimix gel. Is in injected into the urethra? If fact I've just recently heard about it's use in this group.
A little 'trick' I use. Put an ice cube on the injection spot for a minute. Helps with the 'sting".

Are you using the autoinjector by chance?
I don't use the injector and I seldom feel the needle go in.

Guess I’m not the only one having trouble with Trimix, yesterday I tried it for my 4 time and increased as I was told to .20 my previous time gave me only a partial erection and was painfull the whole time swollen and stinging pain . Last night same experience but worse , almost went to the ER pain was intense and barely big enough for penetration. I’ve watched several good videos every time before I inject I’m confident that I’m doing everything right but no feelings when penetration other than intense pain stinging and burning. Have a zoom scheduled not sure what they can do , afraid to try again if this continues. Anyone experience this reaction?
No- just regular syringes. I feel a pinch. Nothing crazy but the ice helps.
