Have you seen a cardiologist and pulmonologist for evaluation and testing? Did you have Covid infection and the injections? This sounds very concerning. You should have your oxygen levels in blood checked as well as bloodwork to check iron levels.

Do you have diabetes? Do you smoke/vape?

No diabetes and never smoked neither Vape. no alcohol consumption either.
