But I've also quit smoking 3 yrs ago and with all my health problems and now taking the Mounjaro shot for my A1C is now 6.8 and says I lost 3 lbs. But I do alot I mean alot of snacking. I think I need it but I'm eating less meals and more snacks but I've been eating alot of nuts and alot of sugar i think I need it but I think I'm a nervous eater and stress and cause I stop smoking

Hey congratulations on your A1c and weight reduction. Celebrate each victory. My problem is I always want to celebrate by eating. 😂
Quitting smoking is a big deal. Nicotine addiction is a really tough one to shake so congratulations on that as well.
When I'm trying to change my behavior, I analyze to see if there are any associated patterns and then I intentionally do something different to change that behavior. I'm sure that's probably what you did with smoking. So eating healthy might take the same kind of strategy.
My problem is not that I don't have a strategy it's that I don't follow it. I guess I lack commitment. I'm going to strive to do better.
Will you let me know how this is going for you? What do you do that is helpful?
