I too have the left supravclavicle swelling that I noticed on March 1st and it has not gone away. I am 56. I have had many blood tests, an ultrasound and a CT. Nothing found and no node involvement. My left ear, jaw, neck and shoulder have pain but that started AFTER discovering the swelling. I google and it only shows metastasis cancer almost exclusively. My doctor says wait and see since the tests so far show nothing. Though I am sorry others are going thru this too, I am grateful to read your testimonies bc it gives me hope and less worry so thank you for sharing. I am seeing a neurologist now but do not really have hope that there will be an answer there either. Crossing my fingers and praying that there is some answer somewhere. I seem to be the only one experiencing pain. That just brings it to the forefront of my mind all the time. Please keep us informed as you all find answers or even if you don't so we can go thru this together. I will let you all know how the neurologist appts go.
Thanks for sharing!

It certainly appears that answers to what causes persistent swelling of a swollen (left) supraclavicular are elusive.
Following examination by a Doctor of Internal Medicine and being asked many questions about my symptoms, lifestyle and eating habits, it is suspected that my thoracic duct is not working properly and the problem may be aggravated by a high fat diet. I am currently waiting to have another CT scan to see if this can be confirmed.
