Let’s have a chat about what if anything works to improve your life wi

Many if not all of us with idiopathic neuropathy have seen hundreds if not thousands of Dr’s for our neuropathy. So what really has improved your life? Be specific to help all. There are more companies selling us crap that they claim will help. Seems an honest discussion about what really has impact is needed. For me, I have stopped seeing specialist as it has not proven successful. Still see GP for Gabapentin RX.

So let’s get into the reality of what is working. For me it is not seeing more Dr’s. So let’s help each other with what has really worked for you so we can all learn. Maybe we can find some comfort for all.

@mafalda

Tai Chi is excellent, but the treadmill was a no no for me because of he lack of balance, so I walked around and when too hot, I walked at a mall.

In addition to good vitamin supplement do you use light therapy or rebuilder?

Hi Estoy cansado:
That's very funny, I'm an improved version of the original Mafalda. I do like and make soups, especially chicken, pumpkin and even fish soup. Its the healthiest solution one pot only meal!
But I will ask the blog mentor to please give you my email so we can discus healthy foods without taking space from the main discussion.
I don't even know if I can give u my email?

Hello!

Until I get connected with a good PT, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm doing all the leg strengthening exercises my former PT left with me, and following an online balance program, one I've been following for a few years now. These are the things I've been doing, but your message this morning (or perhaps you sent it last evening) has inspired me to double-up: work harder, not so that I injure myself, but harder nonetheless.

Obviously, I did succeed at dismounting the treadmill. I've never really succeeded at marrying well, however. I am partnered these days; that's going well, so well that I might take a chance trotting on a treadmill again one of these days.

Να είστε καλά!*

*My limited Greek, learned NOT while riding a treadmill.

Ray,
In these times, Partners and all kind of arrangements besides marriage, seem to me the way to go. I try to walk around where I live or at a mall when its too hot. Tread mills scary me even if my balance is better.

Hello, Mafalda

Good for you for getting out the mall on hot days. That shows real persistence. I need to get a good, regular routine going. I lost my regular PT. She was a contact employee with a local establishment. I just learned that she's left Denver. Finding a good PT who really knows leg weakness and poor balance takes a little searching.

Σου υπόσχομαι ότι θα το κάνω. Ελπίζω να το κάνεις κι εσύ.

Merry Monday!
Ray

I’ve said this before, but I’ll share what works to me again right now 1500 mg of a gabapentin 100 mg of pregabalin a very positive attitude and waging a battle against the darkness that has part of a living with neuropathy
