Yes, I’m positive that I have either diverticulitis or something that has triggered severe inflammation in my bowel. I think the yogurt triggered it, but I don’t think it caused it if you know what I mean. I hope you have a lovely walk! I’m gonna go sit outside, but I don’t quite have enough energy to walk today. 😊
