My cardiologist (regular and EP) including my PCP all agree that stress and anxiety will cause episodes of AFIB, PACs, PVCs.

A way of reducing stress for me was exercising. All my doctors agreed very good thing for me not only physically but mentally. I do water aerobics 8 times a week (3 days do two classes and the other two days one each day). I found exercising to music and weightless in water so enjoyable I was smiling the whole time and also found myself singing and I don't sing even in shower.

My HF, PCP, EP all said exercise and hobbies will help reduce stress and anxiety if you like doing them. So if you like a certain type of exercise (with doctors approval) that you did in past try doing it again. I also swim and while swimming listen to music on my uderwater music player.

Hobbies are also an excellent way to reduce anxiety and stress. Anything that gets your mind of worrying, stress, anxiety is going to help. If you don't know which activity is going to give you smile and see as fun experiment.

I read biographies of FDR. All research on him stated he would work on his stamp collection on almost every day during WWII. Researchers would state his family and friends would talk about his love of his stamp collection and how much joy it brought him.

Grew up on large farm in Ca. I'm thinking of growing flowers bees like in backyard. Could be a start for a hobby and help out the bees at same time.
