Frequent PVCS

PVCs are confounding but apparently not too dangerous if the PVC load is low. Are yours painful or just annoying? I too suffer from frequent high PVC load, ie PVC load is a percentage, or the number of PVCs per minute as compared to heart beats per minute. My cardio says anything greater than 10% PVC load is dangerous for me. This morning my BPM was 60 and my PVCs/minute were 6 thus I was at 10% PVC load. If I exercise lightly like walking 2mph, my PVC load can go as high as 34 %. Then I need to sit down , do the diaphramic breathing (deep breathing using the diapharm muscle under the lower ribs) until I bring the PVCs back under 10%. That can take me a good while. Do see an EP to find out if an ablation will lower your PVCs. Isaw an EP who said my PVCs were coming from more than 6 spots in the Left Ventricle and occassional ones in the right ventricle thus an ablation is not for me. Don't give up. Knowledge helps us deal with our issues. Thanks for sharing.

No mine are not painful, just intense and associated with dizziness. My PVC burden was < 2.3 on the last holter so we'll see how this repeat study looks. No, I can't give up. I've got to help these doctors figure this thing out. Thank you!
