I do not take tramadol. I have tried it, but it did nothing for me. I use acetaminophen 650mg, as needed, and Gabapentin 200mg at night

I now also take arthritis strength acetaminophen with an additional 200 mg Ibuprofen when I’m really hurting. Pain physician said that was excellent to do. Acetaminophen for pain and ibuprofen for inflammation .
