I would se a rheumatologist, that's their area of expertise. After 45 years with it, I am always in a flare just lesser degrees of pain.
That is my constant state.
I haven’t found much luck with rheumatologists and fibromyalgia. I have had a 4 month flare up. One weird thing I did try, but it hurt like hell, was intravenous stem cell- 5 sessions total. It felt like my body was attacking itself from the inside but 3 months later I realized I was considerably better
You should see a rheumatologist. A high white count and a bacterial infection means you should be on antibiotics to clear it. Did the doctor give you antibiotics? All your symptoms could be due to a bacterial infection. Fibromyalgia pain is not due to inflammation. It's due to problems in the pain center of the brain. It can mimic some of your symptoms but it it's a bacterial infection.
