Is anyone in the phase 3 RMC-6236 (https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06625320?intr=RMC-6236 )or the combination chemo trial with RMC9805(https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06445062?intr=RMC-6236)?

It is concerning to see the early news on RMC6236. @markymarkfl . But there seemed to be an update from this year: https://dailynews.ascopubs.org/do/pan-ras-inhibitor-shows-early-deep-molecular-responses-pdac

Thank you so much for providing the latest news on RM6236. This is the phase 3 trial my dr has been urging me to go on, but I’m very hesitant now to take the risk as only 50% will receive the target drug. I’m surprised the success rate is only 36%??? Not sure I’m understanding the stats correctly. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but this is the best we can hope for in clinical trials? The PFS not that attractive to me, but if you can’t tolerate standard chemo regimens then I guess it’s worth the risk. In case I didn’t get the target drug, my dr was recommending the chemo that I see only has a 7% success rate. I read that it may exacerbate breathing problems if you have underlying issues like interstitial lung disease, which I do, but dr apparently not aware of it. Need to raise monies for more research - maybe AI will assist in developing a quicker solution. Hang in there everyone!
