Absolutely!! Well said !! I am 74 and have just tried some biodentical hrt. I am unfortunately not so good with the estriadol but have been told to use just the utrogestan and a tiny bit of testosterone and then maybe see how it goes . I must admit I have found it quite difficult so far but don’t want the osteoporosis drugs so will persevere . I am also dealing with other bone issues . I do wish you luck on your journey.
