I have never taken a Mindfulness class.,but I’m sure there only one Mindfulness . It might be a good way for you to get started with meditation. I still use it most days and it does help me relax and get focused on tasks at hand . On line there are plenty of sites. Just type it in and pages will pop up. Good luck.
I was just told I’m eligible for 1:1 meditation training thru my cancer program. It will be scheduled soon. The social worker who told me about it also works with the cardiology unit. She says it’s been shown (at least one study) to reduce afib by up to 30%. Not sure if that’s # of episodes or duration. My episodes are typically 30 hours. I’m excited. Will schedule it tomorrow. I’m also hoping it will somehow help my insomnia too. J think sleep deprivation and sleep apnea are some of my afib triggers because I’ve eliminated all the food triggers. We’ll see! 1 on 1? Really? That’s amazing? Hope I can focus.
