I haven't been able to get any since since having covid in 2022. It's 6am here in Sydney Australia and I've been trying to get to sleep since 2am..this has been the norm for me. I have brain fog all day and sever inflammation. I can't be productive and I suspect I have ocd / adhd as well. I would do anything to have a decent uninterrupted nights sleep and to be able to think & not have pain. If anyone can help, please let me know. I don't know how to see people's replies to this.. my first post.. or other people's posts.. so if you can contact me, I'd appreciate it, otherwise I'll try to figure it out.
Stay positive and hopefully their will be a breakthrough soon. Cheers, Tony

Hi @tonyboulad, welcome. You posted perfectly.

It is so hard (impossible?) to be productive without a good night's sleep. I'm sure while you're awake during the night, you're also concerned about the negative health factors of poor sleep. With long Covid, you want to maximize your healing. It's a vicious circle.

Have you considered seeing a doctor who specializes in sleep medicine to evaluate your sleep patterns and get suggestions? What things do you do to help promote good sleep?

Hi @tonyboulad. Sorry you are going thru this and you’ve landed in this great place. Think you’ll find many here that share the insomnia, adhd like post covid created anxiety body reactions, and also develop apnea and histamine reactions etc that further affect ability to sleep. Hopefully your healthcare system can perform a sleep study with and without cpap to show your symptoms and your reactions affecting oxygen levels that carryover to the next days symptoms🙃. They can glean a lot of info from this one test and hope it leads to quickest healing for you🌈
