Thanks so much. Actually I was just researching Ceftazidime yesterday and wondering about it as an option. Did it work well for you in terms of knocking the Pseudo back? Or Did you have to follow it with Toby to get results? I cannot do Toby but maybe Cayston. I was given Meropenem in January for 11 days in the hospital. It worked great while on it but the infection built back up within just one week of my return home. We did not follow it up with anything however. So I am skeptical of trying IV again in the hospital. I need something safe for kidneys and intestines which is why we went with Meropenem. I see that Ceftazidime is also fairly safe for both. I am too afraid to take Cipro or Levo if that is what you take as oral on occasion. No issues with them? Thanks and no hurry to answer. I get it!
