@jaz65 7 months is a long time. Did you have P/T after the surgery?

I’ve had 4 surgeries on my left hand alone including carpal tunnel. I felt better about 4 weeks after.

One thing you might try, massage (deeply) into the muscle on your fore arm just below your elbow.
