I have same excessive mucus without cough,im new here and unexpectedly this post cross my wall when im searching about mucus without coughing,im 41 ,last few weeks i got flu cough and runny nose, i have skin allergies, (hives),i take medicine 2 x a wk,after an almost 3 yrs i discover that when i took fish oil(omega3) my allergies gone,and also ihave hypertension and when i took medicine for my blood pressure my throat itchy coz of medicine,so i try to stop and just take fish oil(omega3) suddenly i felt heavy chest,cant sleep,anxiety attacked ,i started dancing for excercise for almost a month and my heavy chest and sleep get back to normal,but after few wks i fell ill ,flu cough, runny nose,then get well ok, but suddenly i felt mucus on my throat without coughing, its annoying and sometimes its from my nose ,its white ,i tried coughing to remove them but still i have again and again and i felt that phlegm stock on my chest and i feel its on my throat, its like a kind of asthma symptoms or anything,😥not yet go to the doctor to check
