Unfortunately, I have been at this for eight years and my primary and pain management doctors will not give opiates. The concern is their licenses. I have a pill that took me 4.5 years to get from my PM doctor. It's primary use is to help you get off of opiates. Doctors have said, "So you've had problems with opiates" . At least, it makes me tired. I have tried a multitude of vitamins, oils, creams, etc. CBD with THC and without. I have cried, I have yelled and I have pleaded. I'm amazed I got anything. I've also tried antidepressants. I can't begin to tell you how much I have wasted. I have also tried treatments - calmare therapy, cold laser, acupuncture, and on and on. I'm grateful my PM doctor is a neurologist, so he understands what I have. Many have never heard of it. I'm amazed I'm still trying and I hope this new medication becomes available to those that suffer from chronic pain. 🙏

Sometimes hope is the only thing that keeps us moving forward. Even if it's just a small thing. I too tried Calmare therapy. I had high hopes that it might give me some relief since just about everything else has failed. Unfortunately, it also failed to help. It was all out-of-pocket. But, if I had not tried it, I would have always wondered.
