@sudhirkrgupta- Good morning and welcome to May Connect. If your doctor says that acid has built up then I suggest you see a GI doctor. Many symptoms like yours are caused by acid reflux or GERD. Also please read posts to see what others have done for this. Can you eat your dinner earlier?

Thanks Merry. I am working and it takes one hour to reach home after 6.30 PM. Also I take Tea after reaching home. So usually we all members of family take dinner at 10.00 PM.
