@sudhirkrgupta- Good morning and welcome to May Connect. If your doctor says that acid has built up then I suggest you see a GI doctor. Many symptoms like yours are caused by acid reflux or GERD. Also please read posts to see what others have done for this. Can you eat your dinner earlier?
