Massive Hiatal Hernia Repair

I am looking for helpful tips for after surgery self care. I have a massive hiatal hernia containing the entire stomach and portion of the colon. This was discovered by accident as the only symptoms have been nausea, some difficulty breathing after eating, and inability to eat large meals.

I had Hiatal hernia surgery on February 3rd 2025 and I’m experiencing severe migraines every day after I eat. I’m so confused by this. Anyone else experiencing this?
