Welcome to Mayo Connect, what you described could definitely be symptoms of menopause. I went through menopause very early due to total hysterectomy. It is not fun. The body goes through many changes due to hormones changes.
I suggest you talk to your primary provider about, there are options to help with symptoms. You may also want to check if there is a Women Clinic in your area that specializes in treating menopause.

To see my primary care Dr to see if I could get blood tested for my numbers. I have not done that yet but I'm to see my gynecologist the 28th of May to talk to her.
I did not get thru menopause until about 4 years ago when I was 58
