I’ve tried all the meds and they were either ineffective or I had severe side effects. Vicodin has helped me but I try to only take it during extreme flare ups. My Dr finally agreed after I tried everything else.

It’s very depressing and difficult when flare ups start. I tried Gabapentin but it makes me suicidal. There was one drug that worked, it may have been Duloxetine but I had an anaphylactic reaction.
