Anyone else notice new heat/humidity intolerance since Long Covid?

I have been in Hawaii for vacation for about 12 days now. The heat and humidity seems to be making me very sick. Nausea, headaches, dizziness, high heart rate, and exercise intolerance. Of course these are all long covid symptoms anyway. But I was doing much better managing the symptoms before coming here. A short walk on the beach and sitting next to the ocean afterward made me sick for the rest of the day. I was hoping I would feel better here, not worse. Makes me think this summer in Minnesota heat and humidity I will be indoors a lot! Any body else have this heat/humidity intolerance new since Covid? Anything anybody knows to help with it outside of living indoors in AC?

It may certainly be related to Covid I think and I would also test your thyroid/parathyroid hormone if you havent yet.

I also have developed heat and humidity intolerance. Many days a hot shower can also bring symptoms of joint and muscle pains . I own an indoor hot tub and have been afraid to use it for the past year. I also get the Covid “hot flashes and cold chills “ at times with no warning or reason . Covid has greatly affected how I live my life.. often I don’t go somewhere or do a particular activity because I’m afraid that it will cause a relapse is symptoms.. I will say that I have greatly improved since a year ago but still have bad days ..
