I see several posts mentioning PT (physical therapy, I assume?). What sort of PT do they have you do for prostate surgery. Is it tightening of the pelvic floor / sphincter muscles?
I had aquablation, so a different procedure to HoLep, however I still have mild urinary incontinence, almost 5 months after the procedure. So, wondering if PT would help, hence my question. Thanks.

Yes. Schedule the PT. You have nothing to lose and it could assist in the healing process and hasten it which is better than the leakage. Everyone heals differently but it could quicken the recovery.
