You can check many in-depth posts I made throughout this thread for more detail, but simply put:
For the RIGHT EYE cataract surgery my surgeon used the round-edged Bausch and Lomb model: PC LI61A0. Though I had PD for a period of 4+ months after the surgery, it dissipated and no longer have PD in that eye.
For the LEFT EYE cataract surgery my surgeon used the typical square-edged Alcon SN60. In the 3 years after surgery, I’ve had PD and there has been no discernible improvement in the PD.
So, YES, I believe the use of L161A0 contributed to a better outcome and no PD.
