@moonmamma, it is so frustrating to search and search and not come up with a diagnosis. I wouldn't be surprised if your symptoms are all migraine related. My sister just got a diagnosis of vestibular migraines for her vertigo. She stopped one of her medications and hasn't had an episode since. Acupuncture is a good resource if you can find a reliable practitioner nearby. I would hesitate on the chiropractor for a neck issue though. I never knew about the frequency of strokes post neck manipulations until a 45 years old friend had it happen. The research surprised me and makes me cautious about considering that.

It is very frustrating, thank you for your reply. I hope it is all just migraine related and nothing serious. I never considered that about a chiropractor, I will do some more research.
