Frank your ingenuity is impressive. These antibodies are not present in the majority of the population. And they are associated with various autoimmune conditions. What made you focus on LEMS instead of other muscle weakening disorders. You have to be concerned because of your symptoms. Many doctors will not address labs they haven't ordered. I hope your will; maybe they need time to do research. Have you another differential diagnosis. Is there a specialist involved.

Since you are high on the reference range for these antibodies, you may want to continue to investigate why they are higher. I read that these antibodies can be tied to the lungs. Do you smoke or vape? Do you have COPD/bronchitis or did you have a bad case of Covid or upper respiratory infection? It would be good to rule anything out having to do with your lungs.
Hi Frank @frank85, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @dlydailyhope, @gently and others. Hopefully your neurologist will contact you soon. Not sure if you have seen the LEMS Aware Alliance website but they do have a lot of information that might be helpful to learn more - https://www.lemsawarehcp.com/lems-testing-and-diagnosis/.
