@deborahla I was primarily responding to what I read as concerns about negative side effects of Reclast.

Results-wise, my DXAs are relatively stable, but still slowly heading the wrong direction. But this was over the first years of menopause when many people lose a lot of ground. My CTX scores have remained low (150) in the 4 years since I had my last Reclast infusion.

My endo wants me to start Tymlos, but I am waiting for a year before starting because I just started HRT about 7 months ago and want to see if that has any impact first.

If you have a qualified doctor, I suggest listening to your doctor and not waiting. They work together. I’ve been on the HRT for nine months along with the RECLAST and the TYMLOS one after the other and then I will go back to the RECLAST when I finish two years on the TYMLOS for two injections. I will stay on the HRT with constant testing to make sure I don’t develop any cancer along the way at 68

Thank you for responding. I was wondering because I on Evenity now and plan Reclast after and it sounded like you were not doing any therapy after the Reclast but I see it is more complicated than that (as it usually is). I am concerned about how long I will have to take Reclast I guess.
