I lost 12lbs which wouldn't seem like much except I normally weigh between 105 and 109, and have never dieted in my life. Other than that, a sense of something being off. I saw three doctors, all female and all three responded to my weight loss with, "eat more". But, third one who said that was also my actual primary care doctor who ordered a CT "anyway". Trust your sense if it tells you something is off and be persistent.
