I’m so sorry- I had a kinda similar experience with Reclast that thankfully resolved.
About 3.5 years ago, I fractured 2 vertebrae (1 mild, 1 moderate) skiing, I took Evenity injections, then a Reclast infusion to hold the gains.
I had the usual fever and aches ( and also got covid from the clinic I think), about 4-5 days later my right knee swelled up suddenly!
I could feel lots of fluid around it, was very painful where I couldn’t put weight on it. My endocrinologist said just ice it (RICE) and let her know if it doesn’t resolve. It did after about a week and hasn’t been an issue since.
I generally am back to normal but feel more joint pain I think.
Its been 2.5 years since and no more drugs.
I just got a dexa-scan so curious how I am doing. I am 66 now.
I have been going to Osteostrong the past year. The only other medication left is Tymlos…

Thank you for your reply. I am glad your right knee swelling resolved.
I cannot find anyone who seems to be able to help me. I will keep trying though.
