New knee is larger than the other, anyone else have this?

I’m 3 months out. Swelling now occurs only after PT and longer periods of use. When it isn’t swollen, it’s still bigger than my other knee. It won’t fit it into my regular pants - very frustrating. Had to buy sweatpants that are too large for me so I have something that my surgery knee fits into. Really hoping this knee will not remain this big.

I have one leg that swells.
Swelling increases when leg is used. I was diagnosed years ago with one leg slightly longer than the other. So, I wear a professional insert at the heal of the shoe. It’s about 1/8" well made, it keeps my heal from hitting the ground too hard and my knee doesn't hurt so much. Over the years I have had a podiatrist make me shoe inserts and one made me lifetime inserts for my business shoes...they made noises while walking and both were expensive the hard and soft inserts had made to be on cement all day they were my favorite. The podiatrist took molds of feet and aligned my arch. He took a mold of my feet and made me inserts for my tennis shoes. I had to start wearing 1/2 larger but it was well worth the time and money spent. I felt so great when I wore them. Something to think about.
