@jamesbro

I was infected on 2019 and my ID Doctor has been able to suppress it with various antibiotics until last year when I had to be hospitalize for 13 days. He beat it back again until March of this year, when again it resurfaced. I am presently fighting drainage from the infection while it has seemed to improved. They say I have went through the gambit of antibiotics. I have been told that the only way it can be dismissed is to have another operation with complete debridement over a period of up to 6 months with little or no mobility and a 50-50 success rate. I in a box right now.

Fifteen years ago I had debridements on my foot and wrist, then a slew of antibiotics. The MRSA infections came back elsewhere on my body. After some online research, I found a useful MRSA site developed by a microbiologist. (Google: Michele Moore staph infection resources). I bought her book (under the 'treatment' heading), followed the protocols, and found myself MRSA-free after a month or two.
