Hi sondra, please persevere, I dropped to just the utrogestan at night then after 9 dsgs started at half a pump of oestrogen gel on thigh. I haven’t bad the palpitations, I am a bit dizzy but I think that is because sometimes I take a minute dose 12 mg lyrica only when I have to my my dreadful nerve pain from SI joint. So I can sleep. I am trying hard to stay on the bhrt as it’s my choice. Stick with it and see if we can both progress.

Thank you for the quick reply. I will not be able to go back on the HRT until my cardiologist gives the ok.
You know, if I had never said anything to a doctor about my symptoms, I would have still been on the HRT. maybe I could have adjusted to dose myself by cutting the patch in half or something, and given my body a chance to get used to the hormones again. Every time I do the right thing, I get bit.
