So Far I am off all B-12. I read some people With the gene defect are very sensitive to medication and some aren't. So far I am more knowledgeable about MFTHR than any of my doctors. Go figure

That seems to be the way it goes, over the past two years, I've been more sick going on medications my PCP prescribed only causing symptoms to increase. So Frustrating !
