Hello John,
Thanks for your kind reply. Im 74 yrs old, definately no diabetics. My legs have been affected by neuropathy for 25 and 30 years. (RHS 30 years) My legs are not strong. Your note about balance and strength exercise is of interest. More info on this please. Also on walking aids please. I am scared of a walking stick incase I trip on it. Regards,H

Hello H @harrymyboy2468, Mayo Clinic has some easy to do balance exercises for us seniors that I think are helpful - https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/fitness/in-depth/balance-exercises/art-20546836. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy also has some great information on balance and other exercises - https://www.foundationforpn.org/lifestyles/exercise-physical-therapy/.

I've found that a pair of trekking poles are helpful when walking outside. Here's a discussion you might find helpful - Walking poles for balance and workout: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/walking-poles-for-balance-snd-workout/
