I no longer hav pain but the entire process caused my right foot to overpronante more. Three months of treatment, and I'm suposed to do foot exercises at home daily. Unfortunately, I was not as regular with home treatment. At this time, because of the total collapse previously of left foot, and some collapse of right foot now, I have to use a walker because have balance problems and I'm a fall risk. Blood thinner makes that more dangerous. But I am going to go back into a balance and walking therapy - hope that will help,
