I developed it about 7-8 years ago after pericarditis. It was viral and some how settled into my ears. I have descent days and rough days. I sleep with the tv on and I find the volume that works best. I tried hearing aids and no relief. Weather makes it worse if big barometer change. Nothing has ever helped. Cant eat in restaurants, go to the theatre and can’t go to many other events.
I think I own 50 brand of different ear plugs.
Best of luck to everyone because I think you find your own peace with it.
